Pole Dancing-Open Pole Play
This is a community pole practice time open to those who have taken at least 10 Zensual Pole classes or any students who are intermediate level and above. This is an uninstructed hour to practice those new moves or receive mentorship from your pole sisters. An instructor will always be present to answer any questions, aid you if you're having a problem with a move, or to just cheer you on when you've got it on!
Know
- Bring your, "Just Do It" attitude,
- Wear comfortable workout shorts
- Please do not wear body lotion or oil or jewelry (this is important!)
- Bring water
- Classes are for women 18 and over
- No Childcare is available at this time
- Everyone in the studio must be a participant of the class
